Consultation & Research

The preparation of travel proposals involves planning time, specialized curation, and detailed

research, including, when applicable:

• flights, trains, and transportation

• accommodations

• personalized itineraries

• experiences, tours, and additional services

analysis of availability, rules, conditions, and best cost-benefit options All services are developed according to the client’s profile, preferences and priorities.

Initial Proposals

The initial service includes up to two proposals within the same requested profile, considering

travel dates, destinations, service category, and a previously aligned budget.

Adjustments, Changes & Additional Research

Additional requests, such as:

• changes to dates, destinations, or itineraries

• inclusion or replacement of services

• category changes (economy, premium, business class, different hotel categories, etc.)

• new options requested after the initial proposals

are subject to a consultation fee, which will be informed in advance.

👉 Important: when applicable, the consultation fee may be deducted from the total trip cost if the services are confirmed with Lual Travels.

Prices, Fares & Availability

All prices provided are references at the time of research and may change at any time, without

prior notice, until services are confirmed or issued, according to:

• supplier policies

• availability

• travel period

• payment method

Confirmation & Purchase Decision

We recommend confirming the selected option as soon as it meets the client’s expectations and

budget, as prices and availability are not guaranteed until final confirmation.

Supplier Responsibility

Rules regarding changes, cancellations, refunds, and no-shows are defined exclusively by the

contracted suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators, transportation companies, etc.).

Lual Travels acts in a consultative role, providing guidance and support to the client.
